WENTY Leagues will position itself as Western Sydney’s premier dining and entertainment hub thanks to its $80 million redevelopment plans.

The club outgrew its space, and as such, has included new building infrastructure as part of the redevelopment, along with various expansions to existing sites.

The redevelopment includes:

• 250 spaces new car park
•  A spacious marketplace, courtyard pavilion and alfresco dining area
• Function and meeting rooms
• Bars and a variety of different restaurants
• A grand entrance and reception area

Designed by the Buchan Group and construction by ADCO, Maxton Fox were selected as the leading manufacturer for joinery and furnishings, out of a lengthy and detailed tendering process. Maxton Fox was selected due to our local facility, and ability to manufacture high quality bespoke creations.

Phase 1 of Wentworth Leagues sees the completion of the marketplace, courtyard pavilion and alfresco dining area.

All joinery was manufactured, delivered and installed by Maxton Fox on-site working closely with the ADCO team. Specific items that were manufactured during Phase 1 of this project include:

• Bespoke joinery
• Wall panelling
• Kitchen joinery
• Bar joinery
• Banquet seating
• Toilets: basins, mirrors, partitions
• Outdoor seating
