Maxton Fox were approached directly by Mortgage House based on a recommendation.

We worked closely with the client on their workplace refurbishment, in a cost effective manor at exceptional quality to realise their vision. We engaged our partnered Interior Design consultant to bring the client vision to life.

Upgrading a workplace doesn’t have to cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Working directly with an experienced team that can deliver end-to-end solutions all under the one roof, makes it much easier for the customer, and is much more effective and efficient from a process and time perspective.

This project involved renovating the reception, staff breakout and social spaces for Mortgage House.

The design prioritised efficiency and sustainability through the re-use of existing joinery and framing, with all elements adapted and custom-fit to integrate seamlessly within the updated space.
