Located on one of the most prominent corners of Double Bay village, Double Bay Sail is the new Head Office of Ray White Double Bay. The distinctive exterior façade is design by Stafford Architecture which takes cues from the sails of yachts moored on the bay shown by the form of the sweeping brickwork.

The luxurious interiors are designed by the team at Richards Stanisich.

The move integrates all business units into one high-tech luxury 5 story office building.

Maxton Fox were proudly selected by the team to deliver reception table, all joinery throughout the building and custom meeting tables, furniture and banquette seating in their showcase auction space. Key materials used were custom painted veneers on all cabinetry, American oak solid timber painted to match veneer stain, beautiful leather from Pelle, merlin stone honed, dark bronze throughout as well as hardware from Hepburn hardware.
