The highly anticipated 88 Alfred St development completed in 2015, with 123 luxury apartments, reaching sales figures of over $215 million.

This project saw an extensive renovation of the former Vibe Hotel, the multimillion-dollar complex now consists of a variety of apartments and sizes ranging from studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

This redevelopment was built by ProBuild and designed by Bates Smart. Maxton Fox was engaged to deliver custom joinery solutions throughout the apartments and the entrance lobby area.

This multi-residential development is a unique location that captures the prestige of its harbour-side address, while being centrally located to transport, and situation amidst Milson’s Point village environment, alongside Kirribilli.

Each of the luxury apartments were tailor-made by renowned architects Bates Smart, and feature state-of-the-art premium finishes, customised designs; with timelessness being the lead interior design principle.
