About Sydney Water Contact Center
Sydney Water in Liverpool had moved office from their base since 1995 in Liverpool, to a larger site, to facilitate more staff into the contact centre. With award winning customer service staff, they sort to create an efficient work environment where collaboration between staff could be maximised to achieve even greater results.
Maxton Fox were called upon to supply workstations that would promote worker communication, and in response supplied lower level screens that can allow for direct communication and collaboration about the workspace, with peer to peer solutions at the ends of the workstations.
